Our Epoxy Vacuum Fusion glassing technology is light years ahead of the industry standard. The founder of EVF technology operates right here in our San Diego factory. Our boards are the lightest, fastest and strongest in the world. This specialty glassing allows you to control the weight and flex of your board through a number of mediums.

SkarkSkin Surfacing Technology
Our SharkSkin surfacing technology provides our surfboards with the most advanced texture in the industry. The beautiful gloss and polish boards are glamourous yet counter intuitive. The slick and shiny surface of a gloss and polished board creates more surface tension than a sanded finished board. Likewise, a sanded finished board creates more surface tension than our state of the art SharkSkin application. On a microscopic level, we have attempted to mimic the scaly features of an oceanic fish which allows the board to elevate from the surface of the water to reduce surface tension and ultimately increase speed. SharkSkin surfacing comes standard with EVF glassing.

Custom Artwork
Custom artwork is the icing on your custom surfboard cake and offers the final personal touch. We offer everything from simple resin work and pin lines to digital graphic inlays.
